Since Ukraine has got its independence, more and more Ukraine women leave their native country searching better life and happiness. Instead of this they have faced with international organized crime. The amount of women from Ukraine going abroad exceeded the number of Latin women. This country became the world's leader in export of women involved into the illegal trade.
These women are usually offered to work, for example, under the program "au pair", or to gather oranges, or to be dancers or waitresses and then they get into the brothels. The most popular targets for the crimes are young provincial Ukraine women living in the poor areas of this country.
The daily newspaper reported that a group of crimes was discovered in the west-Ukrainian town called Mogilev-Podolsk. This gang forwarded the Ukrainian women in the age from 18 till 25 from Ukraine to Poland. Some of the criminals were civil servants; they got acquainted with Ukraine women in bars or restaurants and then promised them a job abroad. As it is written in this article, just three women from six could come back home.
